Rates are subject to 9% Vermont lodging tax.

50% deposit required to confirm

If cancellation notice is received 21 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, your deposit less 10% handling charge, will be refunded. If less than 21 days notice, prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

A $250.00 security deposit may be required.

Pets are welcome

Rent 2 nights or more, and stay the next
consecutive night FREE as our guest.
