GOLF
A nine hole course is only minutes away on Route 100. The scenery is picturesque, an easy walk. Other championship courses are in nearby Woodstock, Killington and Rutland.

TENNIS
Available in the Great Hawk and Timber Hawk Communities. The views from the courts you will find as stimulating as your tennis match.

FISHING
The White River which courses through our valley offers brook and rainbow trout— a fly fisherman's paradise.

SKIING
To the north is Sugarbush and Middlebury Snobowl, and to the south is Killington/Pico. For the cross-country enthusiast there are many areas with groomed trails to choose from - some with snow making ability.

HIKING
Bordering one side of our entire valley lies the forever pristine Green Mountain National Forest— a walk on the logging trails offers an unforgettable and picturesque view of the beauty of nature.

CANOEING/KAYAKING/TUBING
In the early spring, strengthened by the melting snows, the White River picks up its maximum volume and speed, for those who want to challenge the "white water". In the quieter summer months, water level permitting, a leisurely paddle downstream is an enchanting way to spend an entire afternoon.

HORSEBACK RIDING
Located close by, offering miles of wooded trails and meadow lands. In colder months there are hay rides and sleigh rides.

SNOWMOBILING
We border the VAST trail system (Vermont Association of Snow Travelers). Guided tours are available (moonlight as well) of the snow covered valleys.

ANTIQUING & CRAFTS
In surrounding towns and villages antique shops abound. Crafts fairs held throughout the summer and fall show off many of Vermont's fine artisans' works.

BICYCLING
Mountain and touring bike trails are many. You can choose from guided trail rides to discovering trails of your own, perhaps a picnic at a favorite spot.

DINING
Central Vermont is known for its many award-winning restaurants, which feature Vermont's freshest produce prepared by some of the country's finest chefs in settings from casual to elegant.
